We look at this and think holy fuck how gory but for them its normal...they have all been in some kind of tribal warfare for thousands of years....Its a tradition in most parts of Pakistan, Iraq and Afghanistan to give a boy a gun when he turns 18. He is viewed as a man and should protect the family. Guns and violence are just part and parcel of the middle eastern experience unless you live in the somewhat civil cities. Bahgdad was fairly civil, so was Kabul and Damascus. In fact they used to attract alot of tourist before the bullshit but now thats totally impossible. The rural areas are uneducated, neglected and they follow very old moral codes via islamic sects. Most sects hate eachother. They have been cutting eachothers heads off for thousands of years....its in their DNA. Islam must be reformed and the middle east needs the old dictators to keep these fuckers under control. Iraqis are begging for Sadaam back and Syria now wishes they just listened to Asaad and didnt start this shit in the first place.. What a huge fucking mess. |
