Near Guang'an, Sichuan province, China, a 52-year-old driver, Mr. Sun, collided into a group of pedestrians who were waiting for the bus. Two people died at the scene, while three others were pronounced dead in hospital.

It wasn't DUI nor DWI, it was DWA!!!
