Fishermen Found Dead Guy with Hands Tied in the Water
Around noon yesterday, police received a notice from fishermen about a dead body floating near a bridge after it was caught in a fishing net They rescued the victim, a male between 25 and 30 years old, shirtless, wearing only underwear, his hands tied in front with cloth rope, and currently his identity has not been verified. |
