The 35 yr old victim in the video has been identified. He was shot on Monday afternoon in Vila Nova (the southern part of Porto Alegre.) Authorities said the motive is unclear and this may just be random killing by gang members. No suspects at this time.  ·  · |

Go gore GoPro! Possible random killing? More likely had his finger in some drug-funded pie. He likes showing off his nice looking "look at me look at me! Me and my day-glo orange" car! But if he truly was innocent, may he rest in piece.
