A little while ago on here, someone (can't remember who) said that using a different browser (like Chrome or Firefox) would bring more results. Someone else said that was bullshit. I personally have no clue, but surely the browser doesn't matter?

Install chrome and see the difference in results. IE is absolute crap, unless you understand the search functions pretty well, in which case, it probably doesn't make much difference.

It's not the browser but the search engine you're using. You're probably using BING and it's nowhere near as good as GOOGLE.  |

Again, Chrome's default home page is GOOGLE search engine portal. Google has been around longer than any other search engine and has a proprietary crawler next to none. Bing started out around 2009 after many futile attempts at buying out Google. Google told Microsoft to fuckoff! End of story! |
