Israel is certainly not strong enough to take care of themselves. If they didn't have the support of the U.S. and their other allies + plus the billions they receive every year, then they would not be able to maintain their position.
The situation in Egypt will almost certainly affect Israel's power structure.

The sooner the U.S. government starts to work in favour of their own people, instead of Israel, the better.
