Can any of the pathologists in this thread reveal exactly 'what the cause of death' was from the video alone. Or despite what appeared to be serious injuries he was saved by surgery?

And, drunk or not, he is 100% not the driver. So all of your drunk driver well-wishes are misplaced. Although his buddy driving most likely is. But there is zero evidence to attest to such.

Dont ask for a pathologist's opinion, they'll just tell you it's Lupus. To answer your question, no, I don't think anyone can say for sure just based on this video alone. We really need to see some scans to see what kind of internal damage they've sustained from the blunt force trauma. Brain swelling, spinal injuries, and ruptured organs are the most likely potential causes, but they could have any number of internal injuries, and survival depends on how much time it takes to get them on an operating table. We know the driver is still alive by the end of the video but that doesn't really tell us much besides he's dealing with having the wind knocked out of him and he could've stopped breathing seconds after the video ended. |

No seatbelt.... That looked easily survivable as it didn't seem like such an insane high rate of speed. A seatbelt would have saved his life
