Filipino Crew Member Killed and Decapitated His Compatriot at Brazilian Port
Porto de Santos, São Paulo, Brazil A Filipino crew member was arrested on suspicion of killing a fellow countryman aboard a ship docked in the Port of Santos on Tuesday (16). Cabello G. allegedly argued with the deceased, Gamisa G., before the crime. He was handed over to the Federal Police. Both worked on the tanker ship Horizon Emmanuel, flying the Marshall Islands flag. The vessel has been docked at Barnabé Island since Monday (15). On Tuesday afternoon, a report of a fight on board led a Port Guard team to the location, where agents found the victim already dead. Atrocious frame rate, I'm afraid. |
