LOL, that can't be good for business! Guess they haven't heard our USA bullshit about "the customer is always right". No tip for that waiter, but they probably don't tip in Turkey or tip very much. It amazes me how surly and vaguely menacing so many waiters are in Europe, they need to adopt tipping!
