Yea they have a lawsuit. Why the fuck isn't there a lifesaver instead of fucking rope and the guy was doing just fine until the idiots pulled off sucking him under the boat, drowning him. I bet in all that time he was in the water no one bothered to tell the captain there's a man overboard. I hope they get paid because this was plain stupid avoidable. |

They should sue the ferryboat captain because if the captain didn't move the ferry, he wouldnt die. Because the water circulation of ferryboat motors pulled him to deep.

sad, but he really should've been watching where he was walking. it's not the boat's responsibility to make sure you get off safe. to me it looks like he wasn't even walking on the plank but actually just walked off the boat into the water.
