The site i found this on said, jihadists fermenting corpses to make a supposedly alcoholic "death wine".
I did a little research and found nothing on death wine. so maybe they're just getting rid of some folks. well i have not seen anything like this. I bet the smell is awful...

Doubt this is from Syria, looks more like Narco's making "soup".

Or it could be Syrian's resorting to cannabolism. The human body does not break down to produce alcohol.... but if this is the case....count on a few of their guys dropping dead from utter stupidity.

Its a psychedelic meal they're making. After the "soak" they get lightly buried for some time, dug up and consumed. I saw this when I was in Haiti.
