From what I've read, it sounds like she was trying to divorce him after finding out he was being investigated in the death of his previous wife. He tried to stab her 3 months prior, but the police stopped him and he managed to escape, going into hiding. The teenager was shot in the chest and was only grazed on his head. He's just 16. If he was actually banging her, I'd call him lucky, if it hadn't ended how it did.
