Dawin award candidate. If this was in UK...the police would have arrested the driver and charged them with reckless driving and driving without due care and attention. This is why I have a dash board cam....it has saved my bacon many times. The amount of morons in London is staggering. The best is when you see a lady with a push chair...They stand on the pavement and the push chair is in the road ready to go   |

They expect that the world is their own private "Red Sea" where everything should part for their uninhibited travel. I'll see people like this in the grocery store, pushing their basket with one hand while talking on their phone with the other. They expect you to move out of their way.
