I was annoyed when guntubers reviewed this video yet said nothing about how her comments will damn sure be used against her in a civil suit. Moreover, had a private citizen said such in comparable circumstances, we know they would've likely been prosecuted. |

The entire episode was captured by at least two other cameras and a couple of bystander cell phone videos. He had not surrendered at all and was still fighting and going after her gun when she fired the last shot. I thought the same thing you expressed in your comment, self righteous, indignant outrage at her merciless overkill when I heard just the audio. Then I saw the video and realized I was completely wrong and was purely making shit up out of ignorance. Kinda eye opening actually, since I'm almost always right lol. Just goes to show how powerfully misleading one's imagination can be when presented with incomplete information
