I think she was justified for the first two shots - can’t tell about the third since it is off camera. He may have been saying sorry, but if he was still fighting her then it would have been justified.

That last shot was excessive. She will go down for that. He had clearly surrendered and was begging for his life.

The third shot was off camera so you know f-all about whether he surrendered at all, let alone ‘clearly’. Him simply running his mouth to beg for his life doesn’t mean a damn thing if he’s still trying to grab at her gun and not letting go of her.

It’s not manslaughter though. It’s justifiable homicide, a non-crime, and it’s one that makes the world a better place by helping out the violent and antisocial and just plain dangerously moronic select themselves right off of this plane of existence and out of the gene pool. The right person died so there’s no great tragedy here.

The fact that you seem to think that it’s preferable that an innocent victim be assaulted and battered rather than the predatory criminal become room temperature because of harmful acts they themselves initiated shows just how morally bankrupt your position on the supposed ‘dangerousness’ of citizens carrying really is… Sure citizens carrying is “dangerous” for criminals, since that is in fact the intended result.

I'm curious what "morally bankrupt" means to you in your usage here.

The fact that you seem to feel that death is justifiable for any criminal act really drives home that global image of America's unquenchable thirst for destruction.

This shooting was totally justified, but that doesn't automatically mean that the universal carrying of firearms by everyone is recommended and safe.
