1. Who gives a shit who is at fault...I think you guys are missing the very obvious here.

2. The camera was obviously on board to serve as visual confirmation (when your flyin solo without wingman to confirm for you). I drive everywhere with my camera rollin the whole time. Dont want to miss an opportunity. Thought I would clear that up for the uninitiated.
