No, it is not a fake.

She tried to move, which is why they had the other guy go and pin her legs down. She was also obviously reactive and frightened. Her voice is trembling with fear when she speaks and its apparent from her pant-leg when they push her down that she's pissed her pants.

Haven't you seen any of the other Taliban/AQ beheading videos? Victims in these cases rarely struggle much. They're often weak, drugged, half-starved, terrified, beaten, and/or utterly hopeless.

What's the point of kicking and struggling anyway? Its not like she's going to get away. She's in a dark warehouse or basement, miles from anywhere, surrounded by terrorists with guns. Probably hurts less and goes quicker the less you fight it, I'd think.
