C. E, an employee of Itaipu Binacional, who managed the security system at the club where the PT member Marcelo Arruda was murdered , committed suicide last Sunday (17), in the west of Paraná. He was 44 years old and left a wife and three children.

In the incident report registered at the 12th Regional Police Station of Medianeira, at 1:04 pm, there is the finding of "death to be determined without evidence of crime - non-criminal occurrences - suicide - without illegality."

An employee of the hydroelectric plant for 20 years, he worked in the Safety Division of the plant's Central, and managed the video surveillance scheme of the Associação Recreativa e Esportiva da Segurança Física (Aresf), a recreational space chosen by M.A. to celebrate his 50th birthday party, on July 9th.

The party ended with the birthday boy shot dead, after federal criminal police officer Jorge Guaranho arrived at the scene with shouts of "this is Bolsonaro."

At a press conference on Friday (15) , delegate Camila Cecconello, who is investigating the murder of M. A, reported that a witness who had access to the club's security cameras had told Guaranho about the PT-themed party.

Jointly, lawyers Daniel Godoy, Paulo Guerra and Ian Vargas demand that the president of Aresf, Antônio Marcos de Souza, present in court the complete list of the organization's board members, as well as the search and seizure of the cell phone of C.

The lawyers justify the request on the grounds that cell phones of people linked to the club's board were used by Jorge Guaranho to have access to images of the place where M. A. held his party.

"It was from the festive meeting between Aresf associates, after viewing the cameras, made available in one way or another by both, together or separately, with the participation of C. or not, that the assassin set out to kill M.A. investigate the scope of the participation of all, including other agents still hidden, with which, also, the breach of the above confidentiality, including on the two WhatsApp groups: Aresf associates and Aresf board group, will allow to know the content and the extent or not of such participation", they maintain.

The lawyers highlight the importance of such investigations on the grounds that they will make it possible to know if the images were available to Aresf directors, if messages or political instigations against the murdered PT were shared. "Who are the directors? How did they act or not? Participated or not in the criminal act? Who made the images available? Who had the passwords?", question the lawyers.

Announced last Thursday (14) as closed by the Civil Police of Paraná, the police investigation into the death of M. A. was considered incomplete by the Public Ministry the following day. A prior statement from the MP requested that investigations be carried out on the cell phone of the perpetrator of the crime. The request filed today by the family's lawyers should be evaluated by the MP and the judge responsible for the case.
