The inverse is also true; you can eat nearly every part of the pig, except the bones, hair, lower intestine, genitals, and the "oink". You can make cracklings from the skin, ******** and sausage casings from the small intestine, braise the cheeks, feet, and tail, fry the ears, boil the entire head and make head cheese, sausage and sauces from the blood, make scrapple from the internal organs, stock from the bones...and of course, there are all those succulent chops and roasts, racks and sausages.
Matter of fact, I'd prolly even eat THOSE pigs. If another animal ate the person, and you eat that animal, it isn't technically cannibalism. Bon appetit
