Do you even try to understand what im saying, im not discussing whos right or wrong, (last 2 shots were unnecessary) What im saying is; i didint see one single incident in years, where black person simply obey the police commands and got shot. Nope they resists arrest, try to run away, fightback, punch, kick, try to grab the gun etc and then got shot. Why? I mean what are they thinking? And this is a sincere question, what the fuck are they thinking? Even if you somehow overpower one police then hundreds more will come and you will suffer duplicated sentences. Im not racist i am just curious. |

You have reading comprehension issues eh? I never said that did I? I said just because someone turns and runs doesn't mean they are automatically not a threat. They could be armed, intending to kill and simply running for cover to shoot from. Or are you too short sighted and dumb to realize this?

What makes you so sure he is, or even could be? Because he's white right? He may not have been 'insane', but regardless of color, what he did was down right stupid. Is there not enough info out there already to show any 'sane' person that these kinds of actions while under a police stop could get you shot? Look it up. Statistics show time and time again that African American men contribute disproportionately to the crime rate. Are cops supposed to ignore these statistics? Black cops are well aware of these facts too and don't seem to be pulling over and/or shooting a disproportionate amount of whites or Hispanics. I don't run from the cops during traffic stops grabbing at my waist area for a gun to shoot back with. When I get stopped, I turn off the vehicle, turn on all interior lights, (if it's at night), and put both my hands out the window so the cop is comforted by the fact that I'm not a threat. Been driving and getting pulled over by black and white cops since 1983 and I haven't been shot yet. I do agree that there have been some incidents of bad judgment on the part of the police that I've seen recently, but not all of them involved a black suspect. You're going to get shot at no matter what race you are if you move in way that the cop deems life threatening.... i.e. grabbing for a concealed weapon and running. But I do agree that some of these recent shootings involving black suspects could and should have been avoided. But I also would have said the same thing if the suspects were white, Hispanic, Asian..etc. Bad police judgment calls isn't a black suspect only phenomena. Do some research. |
