Were you there at the time? Two things, I'm willing to bet the authorities had been called by that point, also she was quite visibly already fading out of consciousness. You can see the dried blood that's already covering around her mouth. She'd been bleeding out for a little bit already. Perhaps the other relative was videoing in hopes to tape a confession of who did it to her before she passed, for evidence to local authorities. Wish someone could translate what the husband was saying in all his distress.
