A deadly accident occurred on Java yesterday when a box truck collided with a motorcycle driven by a father, mother and son from the opposite direction.

As a result the father and son died while the mother was badly injured. The accident started when a box truck, driven by A S (33), drove from the north when the truck swerved to the right hitting a motorbike ridden by A.W. (33) who rode his young son A. and wife, I.A (33).

Because the distance was close, the driver was unable to avoid it even though he swerved to the left. The collision was inevitable. As a result of this accident, the driver and his son who was traveling with him died because of his severe injuries.

The driver is currently still undergoing investigation at the Police Traffic Unit.

Idk it looks like he could have cleared the truck if he veered more to his left.
It’s like that defensive move, maneuver your vehicle towards the place where the incoming vehicle is coming from.
Not fail proof of course, but could have helped.
But poor family, very sad they went like this.
