Hoping that the father will have a good heart, to keep him alive for a long time, so that he can suffer over the anguish and the regret of his actions which caused his son's death. May he suffer through these sad, bitter years of soul-searching that await him.

This reminds me of a few cases where the offender/family of the offender actually try and sue the victims of their crime. Even with obvious evidence of who really was at fault. Sick world and sick people.
