In such situations first aid squad checking for pulse if they cant find it they say " its over " but in the hospital they continue cardiac massage for mins to revive him and sometimes it works. Is it because they start the cardiac massage right after when it stops ?

I'd say that would be pretty likely, in the hospital, the staff is usually right there and can respond in seconds, but in the field, help may be minutes away and in cases where the victim wasn't obviously killed instantly, every second could be the difference between survival or death. This guy didn't have a chance, looks like he was ejected and the fall itself killed him, yet it's also very likely that he would have been killed had he been strapped in...

We check for pulses (and will put them on a cardiac monitor, to verify) in situations like these. Trauma arrests have a very poor survival rate (something like <5%), because the specific injury causing the arrest itself, may be compounded by any other number of other things (other injuries, entrapment, on-scene hazards, access). The overwhelming majority of arrests that occur in the hospital setting are cardiac or respiratory, in nature, and are much easily managed. The medical arrests are usually only caused by one factor, whereas the trauma arrest will have many.
