At that early state when it sounds like he is saying help, maybe its because he cant manage to loosen his weights or something. Maybe he understood that he was going to fast downwards but couldnt do anything about it. That would've been fun i guess...

This was WAY to deep IF only on regular air.... if he was mixed gas diving maybe but still very deep ar 300 ft.... If on regular air at 350 I think air becomes toxic.. and yes you get COMPLETLY drunk at depth ive done 180 ft and was soo stoned... at 300 he had no idea what was going on...could have dropped his regulator and never even thought to get it back in his mouth...im a certified cave diver.. and crossing the 200 ft line is a BIG step onoy for mixed gas / deep diving certified people
