O0o snap where did you find this I remember when it happened the videos hit Youtube within hours of it happening. Youtube had to take immediate action. The State of New Jersey was pissed at how fast this hit the internet. This was right in Egg harbour. The guy had a seizure while driving and he did not slow down from 65 miles an hour. They tried to rescue him but they were not quick enough because of the flames. He was 52 and worked as a dealer at a casino in Atlantic city.

If this man had a history of seizures then why in the hell is he driving? In California you lose your license for this very reason if you have a history of seizures.
