I don't like to sit in judgment, but I agree with you. This person put a lot of other people's lives at stake. I guess that driver doesn't have to worry about running late anymore...or worry about anything else for that matter.

Judging by how it smears the windshield and the point of time which it happened, I'm going to say more likely oil or trans fluid...

And the driver of that car was very lucky that a piece from the wreck didn't come through her windshield and decapitate her.
