the car wasn't moving and the yellow car slowed down, maybe flashed lights telling him to make the turn as it was standing dangerous in the middle of the road or due to courtesy. Then a speeding bike comes along not seeing or anticipating why the yellow car slowed down plus he didn't see the car as no evading action. So technically it's the car's fault (in court and for insurance) but the speeding biker caused all this imo.
