The crime took place inside the victim's farm yesterday afternoon. The victim was identified as C. M. d S. F, 54. According to witness reports, the farm was raided by 4 gunmen who said no one should run and they would murder C. M. d S. F. However a woman tried to run and was shot in her arm.

The killers also took the key of the bike from one of the witnesses. According to witnesses, the bandits were armed with pistols and rifles.

The victim is a former city councilor and father of J. F., a current city councilor of the same city. Most of the shots hit him in the head and he died on the spot with no time for medical help.

The Civil and Military Police went to the scene and called the Criminalistics (IC) and Forensic Institutes (IML), for expertise and body gathering. In the residence were found buller cases of caliber 556 and 389.

In 2009, the victim was arrested being armed during an approach carried out by agents of the Integrated Tactical Special Rescue Group (Tigre) and the DEIC intelligence service.
