Re: Family Member Films 27 Year Old Man Drowning in a Pond Near a Dam in a Park
Probably a drunk/stoned swimmer. His eyes look pretty bloodshot in the photo. In the late 1970's they showed us a drug scare film in health class. It had a lady recounting an actual drug drowning of her friend while they were both on PCP. She remembers saying "you swim real good at the bottom of the pool!". But my favorite was the alcohol scare film in the same class. It started with a bunch of teenagers arriving at the beach, they spend a few minutes unloading boxes of hard liquor. After a few dozen drinks, one yells "lets race to see who gets it on with Tina!" They jump in their jeeps, speed up the beach, flip over and die... |

Possibly, but he did swim out there. And being a shitty swimmer doesn't explain why he can't hold onto whatever that is out there he was right next to. I mean, he doesn't even need to swim, or hold his weight. In the water one can hold themselves afloat with one hand easily. Its impossible to tell from the video. |

Exactly.....I don't know what that thing in the water is but I do not understand why he couldn't keep himself afloat with it. At one point he has his hands up there but then recoils.....who knows?

"I called out to him as hard as I could, but he just kept on drowning! There was literally nothing else we could do to save him."
