Family Member Films 27 Year Old Man Drowning in a Pond Near a Dam in a Park
Brazil, A 27-year-old man (other sites say 28) drowned on Sunday afternoon, 11/8/2019 near a dam in a park. He was in the company of family and friends, when he entered the waters of the dam and drowned. One of the family members recorded his action on her cell-phone. The woman filming shouts his name and calling for help but it was too late. The Fire Department was called around 3 pm. A team of two divers and first responders from the Mobile Emergency Response Service came to the scene, but the young man was already dead. The suspicion is that he suffered heart failure. Near the dam is a sign warning people not to bath in the water. He was identified as A.S.D.S.         |

Then there would have been 2 casualties  Basic life skill to learn: Swimming No shit on the heart failure, wasn't getting oxygen while drowning  |

As I've been a human for 39 years, I don't understand not knowing how to swim, I understand being afraid of water, but not knowing how to swim, I don't know how not to swim, you just don't go under and stay under the water |

I don't think it was from drowning. He appeared to have some kind of episode because he had something to hold onto, but couldn't even hold on to it.
