Family Grieving Over Drowned Little Boy

This happened around 4pm today in Thailand.
A 3 year old boy fell in an indoor water reservoir and drowned while playing with his friends. The reservoir is 9 meters deep. It took the rescuers 20 minutes to retrieved the body.

That must have been really shitty for that poor boy.. OMG..

WHY isn't there a safety measure in place to prevent this mishap PARENTS???? WTF OVER!!!!!! It sucks that this could have been avoided.. When people take for granted the dangers that lurk within the home, stupid fucking shit like this happens
