Family Cries Over the Corpse of Drug Trafficker Shot Dead by Police
A man, identified as L.M.B.F, died during a police confrontation on Wednesday night (11), near the Patal Bridge, in Augusto Corrêa, northeastern Pará. He was suspected of involvement in attacks against public security agents in the municipality, robberies and drug trafficking. According to information from the Military Police, the suspect was making collections from drug trafficking in the rural area, when the car in which he was riding was approached on the bridge. Luiz would have tried to run away from the police and fired several shots at the officers, who reacted and shot the man. With him, a homemade gun, ammunition, two mobile phones and a car were seized. The driver of the car that carried the suspect was presented at the police station to provide explanations. |
