Nah it is not a nice thing to talk about people in general, they do not look like favela ****, also the woman was a teacher so I doubt they killed anyone. That's like saying all black people are murderers, for example.

I think its rice and not maggots, if you zoom in you can see a piece of meat on the guy's shoulder as well. I think they were carrying food with them, but that is just a wild guess.
