Because they were probably given a choice of execution. Gunshot or dismemberment

I have 2 Barrett 50's. This is an M82-A1, only made in 50 BMG or 416 Barrett. 416 is very rare and you wouldnt be able to get it in Mexico. They clearly used ball ammo, had they used 750 grain Hornady AMAX things would have been VERY DIFFERENT...

So many, "EXPERTS" in here giving total BS info...

I've seen some types of .50 cal ammo put a hole the size of you fist through a inch of steal imagine what it would do going through your skull.
