02AUG18: Officials from the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps ( Cicpc ) detained six people, after finding a video on July 29 in which two men were observed butchering another alive with a machete.

The victim was identified as CR, 19, who was detained for theft and illegal carrying of firearms. The video was recorded in the Rangel sector of Miranda state, he reported The whistle.

Some of those involved in the crime were identified with the nicknames: “ Cup ”, Illustrious ”, “ Pepon ”, “ Black Pepa ”, “ Negrito ” “, “ Walkter ” and “ Kevin ”
