How long she's been there depends on the season, summer quicker decomp than winter, whether she was covered or wrapped in anything, or left inside or outside. Flies can find a dead body within minutes, depending on the circumstances above of course, and they find it quicker if there's blood. Also, it looks like the area on the right was traumatised and probably bruised but you can't see that anymore 'cos of the decomp, which occurs quicker in damaged tissues.
