Why was the shooter so angry that he'd waste bullets when dude was already dead??

He suffers acute adrenaline rush; is to why he didn't fully load the magazine is one possibility. Or possibly unloaded unto a previous victim with the first half of mag. Any speculation welcome.

My concealed carry holds 13 rounds without one chambered. That extended mag most likely holds 33 so not quite sure why they’re boasting about 11

Single stack magazines for 9mm handguns are usually compact (Sig P365 is a great 10+1), and made for concealed carry and will generally have around 7-11 rounds.

Full-sized, ‘regular’ handguns almost always use double stacked magazines, and will have (like what you mentioned) capacities of 14+.
