There should be a Lynching App for smart phones. Like an overlay for google maps that pulses a little on fire acrobatic sickle icon over your next location. The sickle icon should get hotter (redder) either in relation to your proximity to the client, or as an indicator for how badly the lychee needs to get got.

How about an app called "Waze... to Die". The data of the app is driven by user postings. Lynchings, muggings, drug debt collections, machete mash-ups, suicide hangings, immolations, necklacing, etc... with each event having its own little cutesy icon.
