Hm, I can't seem to get rid of the thought of HOW a wound like that can happen in a incident?:P Especially since it looks like all the guts are still in their place :P

Some kind of trauma to that area. Maybe he was hit by a motorcycle and jumped away quickly. It's odd. His organs are there and functioning, but, the skin is completely gone from that area. Could be a quick stab and run away or an animal attack. His right arm is injured, too. |
