Well I think that they should put then on golf courses! Just think how much fun it would be to watch golf on TV! Actualy they make mines now that deactivate themsleves after a given time. As for finding them it looks like that guy found one no problem LOL |

The triggering device in an IED-type mine may may not be in the same exact location as the charge. There may also be multiple charges connected by wires, so when triggered in one place all the charges go off in different places. They are all different. That's why they are called "I"EDs.

Land mines should not be banned. they are a very critical in defense of a location. However a system should be devised to explode them or simply disable them when the war is over.
