No, she missed both her shots, then her gun jammed. It's hard to tell why but I think the sling gets snagged on the bolt handle, maybe causing a short stroke or something. Jungle taping a mag like that can cause feed issues too. All she needed to do was unfold the stock and take aim.

The guy on the left hit all his shots because he shouldered the rifle. The 3rd splash on the water is from his first shot that passed through the dudes skull.
