The clip is watermarked with "Dansk Tamil Forum" and "Tamil voice Denmark" - it was easy to find their websites (in danish).

For those who don't: The clip is made with mobile phone by sri lankan soldiers. The danish organisation handed it over to Channel 4, who made it part of a documentary "Sri Lankas killing Fields". This got the british foreign minister to react. Here's a bit about it - in english:
