Brazil again... you guessed right. More info from Simone  On the night of 2nd May 2021 in Rosário do Sul (Brazil), 22 year old P.O. was murdered. 'P' was having a drink outside a 24 hour bar, when a man approached him + fired several shots. He died at the scene. A 37 year old man has been arrested. yeah you see that all the time in these videos. they don’t seem as particularly concerned about mass shootings there, gang violence is so prevalent they’re probably all quite aware of it and know when it happens and they see the body of a stranger fall, they aren’t the target that day.
