He's also probably got a shit ton of "crystal courage" (or some other chemicals as well ) on board and that certainly didn't help his aim either.

it seems as if the captions aren't describing this video:

"... four persons...pulled guns and sprayed the bar."

it appears to me that "the intended target(s)" were the two guys writhing around on the floor, getting shot 40-50 times. at least one of them must have died.
it didn't look like 4 gunmen, and it didn't look like any bartenders getting shot, unless the two guys were off-duty bartenders.
