I wonder which is considered the worse crime. Also, was this in the Houthi controlled portion of Yemen or in the area controlled by the supposedly official government?

What is that guy in a white doctor-looking jacket doing knelt over him? Writing on him? Has a stethoscope at least? And something in his hand? Writing something on his back? Giving him a shot? Making sure he's healthy enough to shoot?!?

I mean, IF that's what he did, he ought to suffer (and surely many MANY others should as well, for their actions, across all societies). In any event, if hurt is your purpose, start with shooting hands / feet / knees / elbows / hips (at random) before dancing a few times carefully among and round anything they can't live long without, before hitting heart/spine.
