You'd be surprised, even the poorest of people, what one can do with a particular program known to fellow indy film makers as, After Effects. That video was fake, the headshot was alright at best, even the guns looked fake an reacted fake.

Forgot to add the obvious as well, the lack of a mess. There's no blood splatter anywhere, both after the pistol shots nor the shotgun. When the head "explodes", blood kinda bursts into the air an dissipates in the shot, not to mention the force of being shot point blank with a shotgun would have thrown his remaining head an body sideways a bit. But his body didn't budge when they shot the shotgun.
