Just slow mo the video, there are plenty of clear footage of the guy stopping
looking back
almost fully turning to face killer
him clutching his belly in pain, falling
shots visible in his back
neck and head shots, shows the spew of the blood gushing from his nose and I think from the back of the neck too.
And I think you can actually hear the “waterfall” noise from his nose.

They did a brilliant job in post production. It looks so real.

Yeah I gotta agree... this one is fake. The blood spray looks authentic at first but if you look closely and repeat those frames... pay close attention at how the "blood spray" hits his left wrist its pretty obvious that it's a plug in effect for After Effects and the fluid dynamics aren't 100 percent prefect. Plus blood color is off... almost too dark with obvious alpha channel edges that have been feathered in After Affects. Also the recoil is of the pistol is pretty unrealistic. Plus there's no expended powder blast reaction to his shirt while shooting that close. The shakey camera work is also obviously on purpose too mask the ability to see the effects clearly. I have no problem with being wrong once in a while... but this one is fake. I've even worked with similar effects in the past. Fluid Dynamics is pretty tricky to do correct for blood. Nice try though. Really.

smh....I guess they rigged up little packets in his shirt - which was clean as her was walking and in a close up at 0:15, to magically grow entry wounds after he gots shot in the back at 0:16.

Sure every place on earth there's guy like hitler, escobar, stalin, school shooter. But most country have decent police. So even if they exist in every society, if you live in the U.S, Canada or Most country in Europe. You'll never see hanged people from overpass, dismembered bodies randomly place in your city streets, never have to explain your kids why they saw a men get shot 15 times in the head by someone in a hoodie at a random restaurant in the middle of the day.
