it looks like grey hoodie is robbing the place and plainclothes cops or security noticed... right at the beginning of second angle, you can see him with the gun out pointed at the cashier... he goes over and talks to manager (maybe) then decides to call it off and bails..then, boom

at least that's what it looks like to me, anyway
In the second angle, just as the shooting happens, another guy wearing the same style hoodie comes running out of the far left. He also looks like he pulls something out and points it in the direction of the cops. Maybe an accomplice?

He showed the gun to clerk, then talked to clerk in white shirt ... it looked like a secret conversation. Inside job ... she told him about the cop outside? THen he walks out.

Meanwhile, there is a guy in identical grey hoodie who was back in the store, and went running when trouble started.

I think the clerk/manager in white shirt is part of the deal. Team of at least 3.

Odd that there appeared to be at least three armed security/cops right there too ....

The robber got the drop on the cop, but didn't kill him. Fatal mistake.
