I was involved in the preservation of the safe enclaves and the safe removal of the endagered Bosniacs (Bosnian Muslims) and saw hell unleashed by both the Serbs and the Croatians. Yes there where crimes commited by the Muslims and ultimately the Mujahedin who came in to "defend" the numerically overwhelmed Muslim minority, and thats when it started going wrong for the locals who had murdered, assaulted and evicted their Muslim neighbours.

I would say there wasn't much between the brutality doled out by either the Croats or the Serbs, but the Serbs covered a larger area and had larger Militias and they commited unbelievable horrors far worse than the "professional" military.

I will say this now to any person face to face, the truce between the western and eastern (christian/muslim) world died during the conflict as it brought about the active fighting and the term Jihad into modern western history
